Key Responsibilities:


We are currently in search of a Level 2 IT Support Specialist responsible for delivering technical assistance to end users regarding computer hardware and software, managing Active Directory account access, IP telephony, laser printers, label printers, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment for internal team members.

This role involves creating and maintaining Windows operating system images and deployment solutions, as well as addressing escalations from Level 1 support analysts.


Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing technical support to end users through remote access, phone, and email.

Managing escalations and documenting processes for Level 1 IT Support Analysts.

Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting software-related issues.

Offering advanced support in a large-scale environment for InTune/Jamf MDM solutions.

Creating and maintaining Windows OS images utilizing Microsoft deployment technologies (MDT, WDS, and Autopilot).

Overseeing the Mac environment using JAMF MDM solutions.


Gaining a comprehensive understanding of current software applications and providing training to clients as necessary.

Familiarizing oneself with the various applications, systems, and processes utilized daily by the support team.

Providing tier 1 support for 3CX PBX and telephony-related applications.

Deploying and monitoring software packages via SCCM/InTune/Jamf.

Managing and maintaining agreements with partners and vendors for IT solutions and equipment.

Coordinating and purchasing substantial hardware orders (laptops, miscellaneous equipment).

Supporting audio/video equipment for MS Teams in both small and large conference settings.

Producing internal video content, including quarterly company-wide meetings.

Weekend and/or after-hours work may be required as necessary.

Qualifications:


This position necessitates a bachelor's degree in computer information systems, business, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in a PC/Telecom network environment, specifically with Mac OSX, Windows 11, 10, and Windows Server operating systems.

Experience with internet-related applications such as email, FTP clients, and web browsers, as well as familiarity with SCCM/InTune/MDM, is also essential.


Additional qualifications include:
Knowledge of telecom protocols, SIP, PSTN, PRIs, etc.

Experience in configuring local security policies and group policy management.

Experience in configuring mobile devices (e.g., Android/iOS devices).

Proficiency in troubleshooting VPN technologies.

Skilled in producing and editing video content.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Certifications such as 3CX, MCP, Mac OSX, Jamf, and/or A+ are advantageous.
