Job Title: Training Specialist II

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating administrative tasks, maintaining employee training plans, and creating training items and curricula in our Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate administrative tasks in the LMS, ensuring compliance with global regulations.
  • Maintain and administer employee training plans, including addition and removal of training items.
  • Create, maintain, and assign training items, curricula, and user groups in the LMS.
  • Process externally conducted trainings (ILT/OJT) into the LMS.
  • Generate training reports, Ad-Hoc reports, and additional reports in support of audits and inspections.
  • Provide training metrics and troubleshoot/support RA and PPS personnel with questions/issues regarding the LMS.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences or engineering.
  • Minimum of 4+ years quality-related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Basic knowledge of GxP requirements and experience in GxP-regulated work environments.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a teamwork environment.
  • Reliable and independent approach to the position, with strong analytical thinking and comprehension skills.

  • Learning Management experience and ability to design learning interventions to meet specific business needs.
