We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.
- Conduct surface care, including dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, and cleaning blinds and draperies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation.
- Empty trash and recycle bins, and transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Replace light bulbs and restock supply cabinets/rooms to ensure a well-maintained and functional environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
