Sales Executive for Architectural Solutions

Mosaic Companies, LLC, a leading name in the luxury stone, slab, and tile industry, is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive for Architectural Solutions. This position is tailored for individuals passionate about high-end product sales, primarily focusing on in-showroom engagements within the architecture and design sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Partners, including architects and designers, to drive consistent sales growth.
- Provide exceptional service to clients visiting the showroom.
- Arrange meetings and visits with current and prospective customers to showcase products and services tailored to their needs.
- Develop new accounts and partnerships, ensuring a solid relationship with customers while tracking project opportunities.
- Possess comprehensive product knowledge to inform customers about applications and optimal specifications.
- Advocate for specifications and manage projects through to completion.
- Process orders and manage paperwork in accordance with established protocols.
- Address and resolve customer complaints regarding services, products, or personnel, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Adhere to established sales procedures and pricing guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives set by management.
- Collaborate with management weekly to strategize on sales enhancement and market expansion, providing reports on activities and accounts as required.
- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of products and promotional materials available for sales.
- Follow up on assignments or projects designated by management.
- Two to four years of sales experience in an architectural and design context is essential, with a preference for prior experience in the trade industry.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with stone and tile products and the ability to interpret architectural plans is advantageous.
- Strong client service skills and a passion for relationship building.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Sales-oriented, goal-driven, and proficient in prospecting for new accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A background in interior design is a plus.
- Physical requirements may include prolonged periods of sitting, walking, or standing, and the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
