- Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct visits to current and prospective clients to showcase our products and services, addressing their present and future needs.
- Account Development: Establish new accounts and partnerships, gathering information to track project opportunities.
- Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to educate clients on applications and specifications, ensuring projects are followed through to completion.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter orders and manage paperwork in accordance with established protocols.
- Customer Service: Address and resolve client complaints regarding service or products, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Sales Strategy: Adhere to established sales procedures and pricing policies while striving to meet sales targets set by management.
- Collaboration: Meet regularly with management to strategize on sales methods and market expansion, providing weekly reports on activities and accounts.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about product knowledge and promotional materials to enhance sales efforts.

- Two to four years of sales experience in an architectural or design context is essential.
- Experience in the trade industry is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with stone and tile products and the ability to interpret architectural plans is a plus.
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for relationship building.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Goal-oriented and adept at prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A background in interior design is beneficial.
- This role may involve extended periods of sitting or standing while assisting customers.
