    • Monitor, train, and assist in maintaining vendor programs
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Established client base in verticals such as multifamily, commercial real estate, student housing, senior living facilities, and hospitality groups
  • 1-3 years minimum sales experience
  • Proven sales experience with the development of new and existing client bases
Work Environment and Travel:
  • Up to 25% of the job involves on-site meetings with clients
  • Up to 50% of time spent on paperwork, reports, etc.
  • Must be able to stand all day, walk stairs, and other physical demands
  • Routine vehicle travel within the local geographic service area
