- Bachelor's degree
- Established client base in verticals such as multifamily, commercial real estate, student housing, senior living facilities, and hospitality groups
- 1-3 years minimum sales experience
- Proven sales experience with the development of new and existing client bases
- Up to 25% of the job involves on-site meetings with clients
- Up to 50% of time spent on paperwork, reports, etc.
- Must be able to stand all day, walk stairs, and other physical demands
- Routine vehicle travel within the local geographic service area
