Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Waste Industries. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Commercial and Industrial lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Commercial and Industrial lines of business.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective customers.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM to manage sales pipeline and track progress.
  • Collaborate with Operations Team and Customer Service department to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, advertising, marketing, or related field.
  • Advanced communication, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and negotiation skills.
