Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $23.75/hour.

The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring effective communication and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Review and update vehicle condition reports; approve and audit repair documentation.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections with account representatives and provide recommendations for enhancements to maximize vehicle value.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding vehicles, delivering quality service and assisting in problem resolution.
  • Coordinate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure proper vehicle movement and timely completion of reconditioning.
  • In collaboration with account representatives and administrators, prepare vehicle sale processes including run orders, scheduling, and customer notifications.
  • Work alongside lot operations and quadrant coordinators to ensure accurate scanning and organization of account vehicles.
  • Review vehicles in the sales lineup, identify missing vehicles, and collaborate with account representatives to ensure readiness for sale.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety by adhering to all safety protocols and actively participating in safety initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field.

Alternatively, candidates may possess a different combination, such as any level of degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline, or 5 years of experience in a related field.

Skills:
  • Effective communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service is crucial.
  • Physical requirements include standing, walking, reaching, talking, and hearing; vision abilities must include close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 1-15 pounds.
  • Must be capable of walking long distances.
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and general auto body knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with portable terminals are preferred.

Work Environment:
This role involves outdoor work, which may expose the employee to various weather conditions.
Drug Testing: Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive maintains a drug-free workplace policy, prohibiting the possession, use, or influence of illegal drugs during work hours or on company property.
