Job Summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating vehicle sales, reviewing work performed, and ensuring effective operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Account Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Coordinate Vehicle Sales: Work closely with accounts to coordinate vehicles for sale, review work performed, and ensure timely sale line-up.
  • Ensure Effective Operational Flow: Communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles to the shops and timely completion of reconditioning.
  • Provide Quality Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide quality service, and assist in resolving problems.
  • Work with Commercial Clients: Relay information regarding the condition of their car, obtain required approvals, and coordinate work to be performed with the mechanic shop.
  • Review and Update Condition Reports: Approve and audit vehicle repair reports, and walk vehicles with/for account representatives to make recommendations for reconditioning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning, general auto body knowledge, and satisfactory computer skills.
Work Environment:

This is an outdoor role, meaning exposure to weather elements is to be expected.
