Responsibilities

Position Purpose: Assemble and construct projects according to customer specifications using wiring diagrams, schematics, work orders, and provided images. Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to production schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble projects to meet customer specifications.
  • Support the production team through various assembly phases.
  • Deliver a complete project from initiation to completion under the guidance of the Production Manager.

Additional Requirements:

  • No color vision impairments.
  • Ability to interpret various manufacturing drawings, including schematics and layouts.
  • Proactive in seeking clarification and asking questions.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Capable of defining problems, gathering data, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Efficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Basic understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

Recommended Experience:

  • Familiarity with Eclipse software.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory.
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, and electrical DVM.

Work Environment:

The workload and job requirements may vary based on project opportunities and deadlines. Flexibility in scheduling is essential.

This position is primarily warehouse/shop-based and involves collaboration with various teams, including Operations, Solutions Support, and Sales.

We seek a well-organized individual with strong analytical skills who can adhere to best practices and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. Occasional travel may be required for client onboarding or field service tasks.
