About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Brantner and Associates, Inc. in Katy, TX. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and productivity of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and align parts and fixtures using hand and power tools.
  • Inspect all work for quality and compliance with design standards.
  • Perform hydrostatic testing to products, in accordance with work instructions.
  • Ensure continuous operations by performing readjustments, fixing jams and misfeeds.
  • Perform in-process and final inspection of terminals to ensure that QIP specifications are met, and that product is processed to print requirements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year manufacturing experience required.
  • 1 year experience with manufacturing machine setup.
  • SAP manufacturing and ISO 9001 experience is preferred but not required.
  • Fiber optics is preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of hand tools and print reading.
  • A safe quality-conscious attitude working in a team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to push/pull/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Frequent walking and standing are required.
