Job Overview:

We are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in soldering. Candidates with J-STD-001 certification (a credential for soldering electrical and electronic assemblies) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate assigned high-speed automated assembly machinery safely.
- Conduct complex repairs and significant adjustments to assembly equipment, including setups and changeovers.
- Execute quality inspections according to the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) and document measurements as specified.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on machinery daily, weekly, and monthly.

Examples of Duties:

- Replace components such as sensors, punches, dies, air cylinders, and belts.
- Adjust housing feeds in accordance with established standards.
- Utilize tools like height indicators, ram optics, gauges, and conduct microscopic visual inspections.
- Identify and reset machine faults, clear jams, restart production, and package finished products.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$22.00 per hour
