We're seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining positive employee relations, conducting recruitment activities, and performing workforce and organizational planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain positive employee relations and investigate complaints/issues
  • Act as a change agent within the organization
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, costing, and onboarding
  • Perform workforce and organizational planning, succession planning, and talent assessments
  • Administer the company's talent management activities
  • Interpret, administer, and assist with collective bargaining agreements and grievances
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
  • Assure the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records
  • Act as the EEO Coordinator and complete annual Affirmative Action Plans
  • Implement and maintain defined HR metrics
  • Partner with corporate benefits to assist employees with questions and concerns
  • Provide local oversight of the company's risk management program

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field
  • 2 years of related experience or training
  • Certain facilities may require bi-lingual abilities
  • Some travel may be required
