About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Acquisition Marketing to join our team at Purchaser. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing demand-generation strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven demand acquisition strategies to generate leads, drive conversions, and accelerate revenue.
  • Take ownership of the customer acquisition funnel, optimizing campaigns across digital channels, including paid media, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to refine and scale marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously identify new growth opportunities and test innovative strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective customer acquisition and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, programmatic advertising, SEO, email, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • A creative, results-oriented approach with a passion for testing, iterating, and scaling marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with a desire to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
