Job Description

Job Title:  Digital Account Manager

Basic Job Function:

The Digital Account Manager oversees, audits and assists in all Digital Buying platforms (Meta, Google, DSP, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, Nextdoor, etc.). The responsibility of the role is to manage the communication between Account/Client Services and Digital Marketing including verifying work completed in all platforms. This position reports to the Digital Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  1. Manages the research and functionality of the Digital Buying Platforms
  2. Develops Strategy and Media Plans for Assigned Digital Buying Platforms
  3. Oversees Pacing and Reporting of the Assigned Digital Buying Platforms
  4. Performs Audits of each platform to maintain Goals for both the Client and Agency
  5. Operates as-needed for Digital Buying alongside the Digital Content Strategist(s)
  6. Handles Client Communications regarding Assigned Platforms
  7. Other Duties as Assigned

Skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Meta Ads, Google Ads, Demand Side-Platform (DSP) or other platforms as needed

Ad Copywriting

Education and Training

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent experience.

Appropriate Credentials from Google, Meta and/or DSP

One (1) Year of Agency or Client Marketing Experience
