Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison RN to join our team at Providence Home Services. As a Clinical Liaison RN, you will play a critical role in coordinating and arranging home care services between our organization and contracted facilities. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange home care services between Providence Home Services and contracted facilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding home care services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of home care services
Requirements
  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • Washington Registered Nurse License or California Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
  • 1 year of full-time experience in a clinical role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Liaison, marketing, or sales experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience
  • Epic EMR experience
