About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison RN to represent Providence Home Services at contracted facilities. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and arrange home care services between Providence and contracted facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate home care services between Providence and contracted facilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facility staff
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements
  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • Washington Registered Nurse License or California Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
  • 1 year Full-time experience in clinical role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Liaison, marketing or sales experience
  • Health care industry experience
