About This Opportunity

CareATC is currently seeking a skilled Health Center Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient use of resources.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Direct, coordinate, and supervise the delivery of healthcare services, fostering a collaborative environment among staff members.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, procedural, policy, and licensing requirements, maintaining a high level of compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and present recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Compile input for performance appraisals, communicate regularly with staff, and conduct meetings to keep them informed.
  • Client Relationships: Interact with client representatives as required, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Inventory Management: Manage pharmacy inventory, conduct ordering, and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Provide input to the Program Manager for staff recruitment and other staffing decisions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in a related field or LPN licensure.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience with business/management responsibilities, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
