Proficiency in Korean is essential to effectively serve our diverse customer demographic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the loan center's operations to fulfill the financial service demands of customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies in collaboration with loan center personnel to achieve established objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise assigned staff and maintain effective communication with management and team members.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on loan center performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in loan management and regulatory compliance.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English is mandatory.
