Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team as an Owner's Representative for mission-critical data center construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including design, engineering, procurement, and construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Manage the project from start to finish, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are meeting their obligations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including the client, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project, using your expertise and judgment to find creative solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver the project, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards, and that any defects or issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate any risks that may impact the project, using your expertise and judgment to develop effective risk management strategies.
  • Financial Management: Manage the project budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported accurately, and that the project is delivered within budget.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the client and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and any other relevant information.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction practices, contracts, and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge to complex projects.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, to support project delivery.
