Wildlife Control Specialist
Arrow Exterminators is seeking to employ a full-time Wildlife Control Specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial wildlife management clients through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife. Exclusion tasks involve sealing, caulking, or installing sheet metal to soffits, gutter lines, roof ridges, vents, and voids, among others. This role often requires working from heights, including rooftops or ladders, and may involve basic carpentry skills.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A WILDLIFE CONTROL SPECIALIST
Your primary responsibility will be to identify, remove, prevent, or repair any damage caused by wildlife. Your initial step will involve asking questions to understand the issues faced by your customer. Effective problem-solving will enable you to conduct a thorough inspection of the customer's property to locate the source of the problem. Your extensive knowledge of wildlife will assist you in determining the most effective solution and explaining the next steps to the customer. After completing your service, whether it involves exclusion, trapping, or removal, you will be responsible for collecting payment and suggesting additional services that may benefit the customer. Your independence and accountability will be essential as you manage and schedule your own services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
- Able to pass internal technical examinations.
- Possess a valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved uniform.
- Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Experience working at heights on roofs and ladders.
- Basic construction and/or handyman knowledge and skills.
