Aesthetic Practice Manager

Supervise and manage daily practice operations, including payroll, billing, debt collections, security, and occupational health and safety.
Schedule appointments, maintain records, and account for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating clients' needs, answering their questions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
Collaborate with physicians to develop business protocols and patient services, acting as a liaison to Vanity Mode LLC business owners.
Manage business office inventory and equipment by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.
Obtain revenue by recording and updating financial information, recording and collecting patient charges, controlling credit extended to patients, and filing and collecting third-party claims.
Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations.
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Human Resources is preferred, but not required.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer service, with some experience in finances/payroll required.
Specific skills: Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, ADP, Aesthetic Records, PocketSuite, Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
Personal characteristics: Great, professional communication and writing skills, team-oriented, friendly interpersonal skills, business-minded, and great awareness of tasks at hand.
Physical abilities: Ability to lift boxes of no more than 10 lbs, ability to sit for more than 2 hours, and ability to walk up and down stairs.
