Core Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of new business through effective prospecting, requiring in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and service offerings.
- Establish and maintain significant relationships with clients, including property managers, business owners, healthcare providers, and insurance professionals.
- Identify and target potential clients for disaster response services, focusing on outreach during optimal hours.
- Conduct educational and training initiatives to enhance sales opportunities in both commercial and residential sectors, such as Continuing Education sessions and co-marketing events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the insurance and restoration sectors.

Minimum Requirements:
