Job Summary:

The Senior Data Analyst - Field Operations Planning is a critical role that serves as an analytical partner to the business, responsible for building, presenting, and partnering on people and data analytics enabled solutions. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership and HR to understand key indicators that drive location capacity, staffing needs, and shift scheduling opportunities.
  • Utilize external labor market and skills availability data to project future needs and identify correlations between location capacity, labor capacity, and other key metrics.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using traditional and advanced analytical models, tools, and techniques, including trending, correlation, budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and what-if scenario analysis.
  • Effectively communicate results and data-driven recommendations to business partners.
  • Execute recurring reporting requests, maintain and support existing analytics and reporting, and coordinate business and financial coordination and analysis.
  • Develop and deploy dashboards, reports, and workforce planning tools with appropriate security models, and investigate trends, best practices, benchmarks, and out-of-industry examples to identify opportunities and approaches to utilize in analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to business partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including leadership, HR, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Experience with data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization tools and technologies.
