Position Overview:
As a Nutritional Care Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering quality nutritional support to patients by managing dietary requests and meal selections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process dietary orders and menus efficiently.
- Distribute and collect menus, trays, and snacks in a timely manner.
- Prepare and serve nourishing snacks, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Complete tally recount sheets and verify trays for correctness, visual appeal, and appropriate temperature.

Customer Service Excellence:
Demonstrate outstanding customer service in all interactions with patients across various nutrition service departments.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the hospitality or healthcare sector with a focus on customer service (Preferred)
- Certifications: SERVSAFE - ServSafe Certification (Preferred)

Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts between 6:45 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekend availability.
