Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nutrition Services Manager to oversee our Nutrition Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set objectives and supervise the execution of clinical nutrition care in accordance with the facility's medical guidelines and patient demographics.
  • Evaluate the nutritional health of patients through accurate documentation.
  • Recruit, guide, and develop nutrition team members.
  • Provide training and mentorship to patient services staff and interns as needed.
  • Encourage collaboration and implement innovative programs to achieve optimal clinical nutrition and financial results.
  • Monitor the competency, productivity, and documentation accuracy of clinical staff.
  • Assign and manage the workload of the clinical nutrition team.
  • Engage in staffing assessments to ensure appropriate staffing levels in conjunction with regional management.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accreditation requirements while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
  • Participate in and lead patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and quality improvement programs.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Dietitian credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • State licensure as required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in acute care preferred.
  • Specialty certification as applicable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and nutrient analysis software.
