Role Overview:
As a Nutrition Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional nutritional support for both in-patients and out-patients within designated areas, adhering to established protocols to guarantee the highest standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate nutritional requirements and create tailored nutritional care plans.
2. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented plans, ensuring appropriate reporting of outcomes.
3. Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to coordinate comprehensive nutritional care for all patients.

Leadership Duties:
Oversee weekend and pool staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical excellence. You will lead daily operations, propose clinical benchmarks, and initiate performance enhancement projects while developing relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Master’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in an acute care environment, with advanced certification and/or a Master’s Degree (Required)
Licenses/Certifications:
- LDN-LIC - PA Dietitian-Nutritionist (Required)
- RD - Registered Dietitian (Required)
