- Address inquiries from customers regarding background screening and credentialing processes.
- Facilitate effective communication with customers and stakeholders concerning security operations.
- Conduct regular self-inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy of screening dates, tier levels, and investigation types.
- Provide security recommendations for identifying, avoiding, and mitigating risks associated with sensitive programs and operations.
- Communicate security policies and procedures through meetings, written documentation, and presentations.
- Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating investigation outcomes to recommend employment suitability and credentialing eligibility.
Qualifications:

- Ability to respond promptly to internal or external information requests.
- Familiarity with C-CURE 9000 and/or Workday is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates should review the Bank's Employee Code of Conduct to ensure adherence to conflict-of-interest regulations and personal investment restrictions.
- If you require assistance or accommodations due to a disability, please inform us.
- Employees visiting other Federal Reserve entities or external businesses as part of their duties must comply with any onsite safety and health protocols.
- This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring onsite presence on designated days each week.
- Sponsorship is not available for this role. The selected candidate will undergo an enhanced background investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to sensitive information, which requires U.S. Citizenship or three or more years of Permanent Resident status.
