Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control: Manage access to facilities, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are granted entry.
  • Enforcement of Policies: Enforce client and company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of security and compliance.
  • Observation and Reporting: Conduct regular security patrols and report any security or safety hazards to the operations manager and other relevant personnel.
  • Communication: Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report all incidents and security breaches to the operations manager and other relevant personnel.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer Service: Possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to multitask.
  • Technical Skills: Be comfortable with Microsoft Office products and able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
  • Experience: Have at least one year of verifiable work experience, or equivalent experience in the military, concierge, or a related field.

Working Conditions:

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, and some lifting. A portion of this position may require sitting in front of a computer for extended periods. The ability to work in varying temperatures and environments is also required.
