Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Audio/Video Technician to join our Home Technology department. This position will play a crucial role in providing support and expertise for audio/visual projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize extensive knowledge and expertise in audio/video systems to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Connect high-end home theaters and other audio equipment with precision and attention to detail.
  • Perform network installations to ensure seamless audio/video operations for both wireless and wired networks.
  • Provide in-house basic programming support for a seamless user experience.
  • Install and program Home Automation systems to enhance customer convenience.
  • Install and configure surveillance systems to ensure seamless surveillance integration.
  • Display expertise in rack wiring, ensuring meticulous organization and connectivity.
  • Read and interpret wire diagrams to facilitate accurate installations and troubleshooting.
  • Calibrate TVs and projectors to deliver outstanding visual performance.
  • Showcase troubleshooting skills in complex settings, resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • A clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull heavy equipment.
  • Comfortable with climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling as needed.
  • Required travel to customer homes for service assignments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
