**About the Role**

We are looking for a seasoned human resources professional to join our team as Director of International Talent Management. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing our global people operations, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Leverage cloud-based HRIS and people systems to automate and scale our digital infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our company culture, improve diversity and inclusion, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Requirements:**

  • Advanced degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing global people operations, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.

**Estimated Salary:** $140,000 - $200,000 per year (based on location and industry standards).
