About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Talent Development to join our team at Community Access Inc. This role involves developing and implementing training programs that promote a recovery-oriented environment for our staff. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in training and development capacity in a nonprofit setting and a strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

In this role, you will assess and identify organizational training needs, develop and implement training programs for all staff, further CA's values, goals, and objectives through training, and review, select, and oversee training materials and/or trainers from various sources. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our organization's strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our staff
* Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement in staff training
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training with organizational goals and objectives
* Review, select, and oversee training materials and/or trainers from various sources
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to training and development

**What We Offer**
* Competitive salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
