Job Description: As a Construction Management Director, you will lead a team of experienced professionals to manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget. You will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and subcontractors to identify and mitigate risks, monitor progress, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including owners, engineers, and design firms
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective risk management strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with project management software, including Primavera P6 and Procore

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Bonus: Up to 20% annual bonus based on performance
