Position Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Compensation: $28/hr.

Role Overview:

This role serves as the primary contact for clients initiating financial operations requests through designated communication channels for high-value clients. The specialist is responsible for the comprehensive processing of straightforward requests while collaborating with other departments as necessary. The position may involve working closely with internal teams to guarantee the effective execution of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee a dedicated communication channel, prioritize client inquiries, and implement applicable items; create tracking cases/packages for monitoring and resolution as needed.

- Receive and address operational requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders.

- Conduct basic research to respond to client questions and provide accurate information.

- Utilize various banking systems to assist clients with their requests.
