Full-Time Sales Associate

Location: Hong Kong | Contract

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking dynamic, intelligent, and responsive individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. This role will support our upcoming pop-up initiatives in a premier shopping environment, with opportunities to extend assistance in other regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as an enthusiastic and approachable brand ambassador, embodying our core values of wit, elegance, strength, and empowerment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations tailored to individual customer preferences.
  • Assist in daily store operations, including checkout procedures, stock organization, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring the pop-up space aligns with brand standards.
  • Support in-store events, contributing to the success of launches, press gatherings, and workshops.
  • Communicate effectively with the SENREVE APAC Office to relay feedback and updates on pop-up activities.
  • Achieve store sales objectives and contribute to a thriving retail environment.
  • Engage in necessary processes to ensure the store's ongoing success.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Possession of a valid Hong Kong ID Card or working visa.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Able to work 5-6 days a week, including at least one weekend shift and public holidays.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse clientele.
  • A results-oriented problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and POS systems.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail context.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
  • A passion for start-ups, female empowerment, and luxury handbags.
