Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a full-time Automotive Sales Specialist to become a vital part of our Porsche North Houston division. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various outreach methods as directed by management, including floor time, phone inquiries, mail, and personal visits.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Acquire necessary training for factory qualifications and develop product knowledge for each vehicle model.
- Conduct follow-up communications with previous customers and report outcomes to the sales manager.
- Facilitate test drives with customers while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Present all customer offers for vehicle purchases to management.
- Prepare and process required documentation to complete vehicle sales.
- Deliver vehicles to customers, collect payments, and manage trade-ins as per management's instructions.
- Schedule the initial service appointment for customers and follow up before and after the appointment.
Candidate Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales is preferred
- Experience with luxury highline brands is advantageous
- Brand Ambassador or Porsche certifications are a plus
- Strong verbal and mathematical skills, subject to evaluation
- Valid insurance to operate a motor vehicle
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Willingness to undergo drug testing and a criminal background check
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Self-motivated and diligent work ethic
