About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests, and providing support needed in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure every customer experience meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sell Graybar goods and services to customers on inbound calls.
  • Support customers with product selection and application.
  • Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • 2+ years' experience in customer-facing roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected rate of pay for this position is $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.
