Job Summary

Conifer Health Solutions seeks a seasoned healthcare professional to lead the Patient Access department, driving process improvements and ensuring timely, accurate patient flow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of achieving metrics and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance patient access and revenue cycle performance.
  • Manage a team of Patient Access staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with Client Services to address client needs and concerns related to patient access.
  • Communicate effectively with direct supervisor and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and personal growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry trends, applying knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with 3-5 years of management experience in revenue cycle, business services, or acute healthcare.
  • Extensive knowledge of patient access and revenue cycle operations, with a focus on process improvement and leadership.
  • Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification is a plus.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional travel required. The ability to walk through hospital-based departments and communicate effectively with staff is essential.
