Patient Access Operations Manager

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Patient Access Department at our healthcare client in Worchester, Massachusetts. As a Patient Access Site Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department and implementing process improvements to ensure accurate and timely movement of patients through the patient access flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute action plans to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and costs effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with Client Services to address client needs and requests related to Patient Access.
- Communicate and resolve issues that may affect performance, including those related to technology or processes.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Patient Access operations and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of management experience in a revenue cycle or acute healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in regulatory requirements and thorough knowledge of insurance.
Nice to Have:
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification.
