**Occupational Therapist PRN Job Summary**

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist PRN to join our team at the Baldwin Healthcare & Rehab Center. As an Occupational Therapist PRN, you will play a vital role in helping residents and patients overcome physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges to improve their daily functioning.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate and treat residents and patients with conditions that affect their ability to perform daily tasks and maintain independence.
  • Develop personalized care plans to address the unique needs of each resident or patient.
  • Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies to promote independence.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (if required by state law).
  • One year of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
