Job Description:
Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator at The University of Kansas Health System.

About the Role:
This role is a licensed registered professional nurse who provides ethical, evidence-based, safe and compassionate nursing care. As an Ambulatory Clinic RN Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for management of patient flow, triage, and direct patient care. You will also serve as a liaison of communication between front desk staff, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Management of patient flow, triage, and direct patient care.
* Liaison of communication between front desk staff, nursing staff, physicians, and clinic manager.
* Management of the care of the patient population by developing expected patient outcomes, defining appropriate resource utilization, and working with the provider to set patient goals.

Requirements:
* High School Graduate
* Bachelor Degree Nursing
* 2 or more years of RN experience

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
