Strategic Client Services Associate

Position Overview:
The role of the Strategic Customer Representative is pivotal in enhancing market presence among a targeted group of clients and prominent project sites. This will be achieved through the promotion of product knowledge and optimizing the efficiency of the corporate account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand market share by fostering relationships with existing customers.
- Evaluate and onboard new potential clients into the program.
- Oversee the operations of the corporate accounts office.
- Act as a mentor and liaison in the execution of the sales strategy for the designated region, collaborating with various sales and management teams.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven customer service experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction phases, equipment applications, and operational specifications.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires physical activities such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting weights of 25 pounds or more. Work may be conducted both indoors and outdoors as needed.
