About the Position
Atrium Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Outcomes Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and outcomes, allocating resources, and participating in performance improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
The Patient Outcomes Coordinator will be responsible for:
  1. Supporting the manager in enhancing the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, nursing service administration, and delivery of care in the department
  2. Assisting with interview, selection, and supervision of nursing personnel in the department
  3. Collaborating with the manager to ensure understanding and compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and policies
  4. Rounding on patients, teammates, and physicians at prescribed frequencies to gain insight into patient care, employee, and physician satisfaction

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A current RN licensure in the appropriate state
  • A minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • BLS certification
  • A BSN degree, with a Master's degree preferred

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Atrium Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
