Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care duties under the direction of registered nurses.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Support patients with mobility issues by assisting with transfers and ambulation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Licensed Nursing Assistant program or equivalent.
  • Current NH LNA licensure and American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical and Work Requirements

Physical Demands:

  • Lift, carry, push/pull up to 10 pounds regularly.
  • Lift, carry, push/pull up to 25 pounds frequently.
  • Lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Work Environment

Exposure to:

  • Airborne pathogens.
  • Bloodborne pathogens.
  • Bodily fluids.
