Compensation: Daily Rate plus Commission

Role Summary

The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Coca-Cola and store managers or owners, responsible for nurturing customer relationships and driving business growth through product sales and orders within their designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and finalize all sales interactions
  • Promote additional displays and equipment placements; implement promotional initiatives and ensure compliance
  • Maintain regular communication with sales calls, manage inventory levels, safeguard company assets and point of sale materials, ensure adherence to merchandising standards, assess product needs, and place orders in line with established sales routes
  • Relay account updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Transport, replace, and maintain Point of Sale advertising as necessary
  • Engage in physical tasks including lifting over 50 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling, and light merchandising
  • Construct, modify, and dismantle product displays; maintain product signage; clean product areas and manage damaged or defective items
  • Act as a representative by delivering customer service to consumers and store staff, addressing inquiries, locating products, and providing assistance as required
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of general work experience
  • Preferred 1+ years of prior sales experience
  • Experience in the food/beverage sector is advantageous
  • Capability to manage multiple customer accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up abilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Preferred experience in creating and delivering sales presentations
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record in accordance with MVR policy
