We are looking for a dedicated professional to fill the role of Client Relationship Executive within our Pershing Wealth Solutions division. This position offers flexibility in location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and nurture mid-sized Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Independent Broker Dealer (IBD) client relationships, primarily in the Eastern United States.
- Ensure the overall health of client relationships, focusing on their success and satisfaction through comprehensive relationship management.
- Collaborate with clients and lead the BNY Mellon team to co-develop and implement strategic objectives utilizing data-driven insights.
- Facilitate connections for clients across the enterprise to enhance their strategies and maximize the value derived from BNY Mellon’s offerings.
- Drive client retention, foster organic sales growth, and uphold the standards of care while managing pricing and contractual agreements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10-12 years of relevant work experience is desirable.
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, particularly with institutional clients or products (e.g., Hedge Funds, Pensions) is preferred, along with a background in Relationship Management, Client Services, or Account Management.
- Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses is mandatory.
