Compensation and Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Customer Service team during night shifts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions, resolving issues efficiently, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives during night shifts, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce resolution times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and quality metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in operations management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
