About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring operational processes are met, and protecting data integrity throughout our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, business partners, and team members
  • Identify ways to improve our customer service or processes
  • Collect and validate data to ensure guests receive the best experience
  • Manage and protect company assets through all interactions
  • Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business
  • Support new initiatives and help teams impacted by changes
  • Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs
  • Successfully leverage resources to provide quick support to questions as they arise
