Territory Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Territory Development Representative to join our team in Dubuque. This role offers an excellent opportunity to drive sales growth and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your estimated annual salary will be approximately $60-65k, with opportunities to reach up to $80k within 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing office technology and identify opportunities to propose custom solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure outstanding customer service and account management.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and present suitable products or services from Access Systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience; prospecting and technology knowledge is a plus.
- Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented individuals who can take the initiative to go out and be assertive while having charisma.
- Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
