Job Summary

The Customer Service Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling Elite Material Handling's services and maintenance agreements to new and existing customers. This role requires a fearless "hunter" of new business, with a focus on selling Material Handling Equipment (MHE) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage the entire sales process, targeting top prospects and identifying client solutions.
  • Act as a "solutions expert" consultant, helping partners with their unique critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with senior management to establish a clear and effective plan for growing the company customer base.
  • Utilize Sales Force to provide visibility and effectively communicate activity in assigned territory.
  • Strategize on social selling opportunities and attend company training programs to learn job skills.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of cold calling sales experience required.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience required.
  • 2+ years of Industrial Equipment or Construction Sales experience required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and must own "reliable" transportation. The position requires the ability to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time (driving) and to move about a customer job-site, which may entail ascending and descending a ladder to access equipment or what is needed.
